我遇上的这个人就是我的好友宾峰。宾峰本在英国逍遥快活的过着惬意的日子，后来估计闲腻了，回国去了沈阳做起了房地产。去年春节的时候，他要回英国过年，我特意跑到首都机场前去送他，在机场的咖啡厅里，我闲得无聊，于是把我遭遇的这件玄乎的房贷事件跟他说了一通。

原来每每新楼开盘的时候，开发商的内部人用贷款先把房子买下来，造成房源紧俏的假象，等到楼价被他们炒高之后，他们再将房子卖出去，赚取差额。有时候一些中介公司也会参与进来，内外勾结，炒高房价。在这个过程中，银行是一个重要的环节，个别工作人员在利益的驱动下，也参与进来，成为“炒房”的主角。由于房子多，身份证少，而且使用自己的身份证存在风险，他们就寻找他人的身份，以他人名义在银行贷款，我便是这样变成了有名无实的“房主”。
